Only 6 oncology professionals from Poland have answered to the ongoing ESMO survey and have shared their experience on the challenges they face when it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion at work. I therefore allow myself to contact you personally, to urge you to take this important survey at https://esmo.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_eCWKOmBTF5jIdEO unless you have already done so.

As you may already know from other ESMO communications, the ESMO Women for Oncology Committee has launched this survey to take stock of the situation and build future strategies to foster equity and inclusion. The survey is anonymous, and results will be presented at ESMO 2022.
